Update to support Hyprland 0.45.0's breaking changes #1989

Bug Report

Hyprland 0.45 has a new configuration for drop_shadow. It now instead uses the "shadow" decoration, which has it's own attributes, similar to how blur is configured. Rounding was also removed.

Please update to avoid breaking user's ui after updating to hyprland 0.45.0.

There may be more that is breaking behind the scenes, but this is the only breaking change ive seen thus far.

Done. Report to the specific theme repo and update your local theme. Hyde theme import to update
