How about some styling? #716

i want to add some styles to this pale theme, I'll let you know when i add them ;)

What do you mean by styling, I think this isn't really required, since tinyfilemanager is using the bootstrap framework and you can just use other themes of bootstrap (https://bootswatch.com/).
