'copy' (copy to clipboard) - doesn;t #6

https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=wghats.vscode-nxunit-test-adapter has a 'copy' button, to copy install command to clipboard. But it doesn't copy to clipboard (previous clipboard content still there). Note that selecting text, right-click, copy does work. Ubuntu 16.04 LTS 64bit, Google Chrome Version 75.0.3770.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)

vscode-nxunit-test-adapter is built on top of https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=hbenl.vscode-test-explorer. It uses the info channel setup by the test-explorer.
