Implement Tests for all classes not having tests

Only Commands missing atm, unittesting the ModuleLists and ModuleRunners does not make that much sense

Finally done. Now every new class should implement a test, if possible. Only untested classes because unnecessary or impossible:

TTBot/logic/interface/* (interfaces)
TTBot/logic/production/TwitchMessageConverter (needs a twitchio message to be built properly)
TTBot/logic/DbConnection (wrapper for global database client)
TTBot/logic/ModuleFactory (wrapper for minidi.get calls)
TTBot/logic/TwitchBotWrapper (wrapper for global twitch bot client)
TTBot/logic/UserLevel (enum)
TTBot/module/core/CommandCore (interface)
TTBot/module/core/CommandCoreInvite (needs a twitch bot client)
TTBot/module/core/CommandCoreUninvite
TTBot/module/core/CommandCoreUpdate (would quit the currently running program)
TTBot/module/matchmaking/TrackmaniaIO (needs static data on trackmania.io to be set up)
