[module] Show other live TM channels #30

With one command, show other channels using the TrackmaniaTwitchBot, which are also currently live, so a streamer could raid them. This also increases the incentive of using the TrackmaniaTwitchBot as a Trackmania Streamer.

It might be possible, that such a command cannot be implemented after all,

good idea. at the moment i dont know how to find out who is streaming, but im sure there is a way.

i was thinking about this being against the rules of some streamers but then they can just disable the module
