Yaws crashes when adding key without value #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start a local Scalaris
2. go to http://localhost:8000/index.yaws
3. enter 'a' for key, leave value empty
4. submit 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

expect a statement that value is mandatory. Instead yaws dies with an 
internal error.
