Hi!
I see from source this is a known misfeature. But because it may hang 
transactions and lock the keys which involved - is critical, so I put it here.

By the way, what role for the RTM-s? Do they should after a discovery of a such 
situation to choose a new TM, or wait for the respawn of the old one and inform 
him of the need to complete this transaction?

TM death is handled as of r1351, so I close this issue.
