Revise Event Creation Form #52

@akhileshkumar1981 test the form out in the staging environment. I have added it to the admin/events/new page for now. Once it is tested and all ok I will add it to the events/new page also for the private events.

If everything is ok when you test it, then close this ticket, otherwise comment here with the bugs you find.
