Created the intro page for power planner #49

Somehow after clicking the start button on the intro page, the map doesn't look correctly on the app page. Can someone look into that?

@lamj1234 I can't remember, was I going to look into the map issue, or you? Sorry, it's been a busy week! I'll have time on Thursday or Friday to look at it.

@maxentropic The new UI that we discussed on tuesday, the map will be the whole screen of the page. I'm currently adding the search box to the google map. Since the google map will be full screen of the page, this might solve the google map resizing issue?

Map still freaks out when changing page from intro to app page, but if refresh app page, map will work. Let me know if the intro page colors or layout don't look as user friendly, I will make changes to it. Typing in a location in the intro page will also set the text input value for the app page. But does not load map. I will create an issue for that.

I'm really liking the new intro page! The concept and execution are good. It puts us on the path to looking like a legitimate web app!

I think we should figure out the map issue before merging it in because that could get inconvenient for testing and demonstrations. I'll help you track it down.

I have mixed feelings about the power selection options completely disappearing, based on feedback I've been getting in the user walkthroughs.

The 'Calculations' paragraph looks a bit cluttered. I think it might be all the names there. It would probably be good to just have them at the bottom.

Can we get that footer on the map page too?

@prashantchhabra89 @sirius890928 @CYLoe This is a pretty sizable UI overhaul, it would be good to get everyone's thoughts on it. Pending a couple changes, I'm quite happy with how it looks.

Ok, I made a couple small fixes and it's ready for merging. Good job on the intro page!
