In this pull request:

Finished modularizing map helper, I think. Cache and server queries now have their own module.
Added binned streams. Streams are currently ridiculously slow on initial load, so once this is tied in, they should be faster than wind loading.
Right click info windows display real values now - the values are asynchronously fetched.
