war file doesn't works well. #12

I just installed virtual-judge in my private server, Deploy was okay.

However, I couldn't append any problems and contests to the virtual-judge.

IMHO, war file in the Downloads menu was too out-date(I saw the lastest 
revision in the repository was Oct 26).

Could you update the war file correspond to lastest revision?
