Possible to style the scrollbars? #59

Like on an Android device, the scrolling is like a pretty scrollbar rather than the lame ass one browsers sport.

Chris look into this for me....maybe a jQuery plugin? Or is it just CSS styles, Google seems to say it isn't though.

This one if my favourite because it lets you hide the scrollbar until you mouse over the content http://baijs.nl/tinyscrollbar/
