Problem with next button when inputting a date using the keyboard #170

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select New Beneficiary or New Agriculture.
2. Use the keyboard to type either a new day or month.
3. Select next on the keyboard.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output is that after typing the month, the next text box will 
appear will be for the day, and hitting next after selecting the day would 
bring you to the year check box. Only after a new year is put it should next 
bring you to the number of people in home text box.

Instead, selecting next on the keyboard after inputting the month, day, or year 
will always automatically bring you to the "number of people in home" text box.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 2.2.
