NewBeneficiary/NewAgriculture Information Loss #176

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add information to New Beneficiary/New Agriculture
2. Wait for screen to turn off and go black.
3. Turn light/screen back on.
4. Information is now all deleted.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After entering information although the screen goes black information should 
not be lost or deleted as it occurs here.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
