Translate to Haitian and Phone in Landscape bugs #177

List of Items that Need to Be Changed to Haitian while Currently in Haitian 
Locale:
1. In New Agriculture
   - Last Name
   - Options Under Beneficiary Category
   - Amount of Land
   - Seed Types and it's options
   - Tools
2. In Update Beneficiary
   - No beneficiaries found
   - Pop-up that states no beneficiaries have been found needs to be changed to Haitian.
3. Import Beneficiary Data
4. Settings
   - POSIT Preferences need to be translated to Haitian

When In Haitian Locale:
1. Enter New Beneficiary
2. Choose List SMS Messages
       - the options wont appear on the bottom preventing you from moving any performing any action
3. Hold phone sideways, even less options appear and you are not able to scroll 
down in either situation

About:
When About is selected to display the names of the people on the development 
team, and phone is held in landscape view, Greg Vaughn is cut off and no longer 
visible.

New Agriculture:
In both Haitian and English when creating New Agriculture after entering 
information and saving to database, no confirmation pop-up appears as it should 
like when creating New Beneficiary.
