Cannot download files flagged by Google #587

I am trying to download a file and I get the error

Failed to download file: googleapi: Error 403: This file has been identified as malware or spam and cannot be downloaded., cannotDownloadAbusiveFile

Is there a work around?

Did you already find the solution? I've just run into the same problem...
