Cannot upload sync to a folder with existing data #629

Hi,

I'm using this fantastic tool to sync upload a bunch of stuff but I'm bumping on not being able to upload sync to existing folders that already have data in them. I know this tool does its own tagging... not sure if that's related to the issue. My use case is that I already have a folder that's about 23 TB living on drive, however the desktop client at this point cannot handle all the data being thrown at it. I'd love to run a sync upload on the folder to verify / continue to upload anything that may be missing.

Is there a good way of doing that with this? Or maybe there is a better way?
