Add Dockerfile and Travis CI #8

This Dockerfile is the same I have in https://github.com/javierprovecho/glot-run/ or https://hub.docker.com/r/javierprovecho/glot-run, it only weights 22MB and has only 4 layers.

Travis CI will help you see if a PR is buildable up to a Docker Image.
