Scatterchart upperbound needs to be decided #26

Currently a bug.

Scatterchart upperbound is 100. Linechart upperbound is variable. So can we auto-adjust the scale? If not, I will fix the bounds. But a downside of that will be, if let's say we fix it at 140, then the lower values will get crowded.
