corrected time display on hover #54

Added attribute timedisplay to line-data and scatter-data.

I have implemented function epochConvert in events.py file. Please test it and see if anything is wrong.

@prastut , for the line graph, what is the delay between two consecutive points? I find that to be non-uniform.
