responsive html update

These changes optimize the html deployment for both mobile and desktop. The following changes were made:

• font-awesome icons added (using grunticon so minimal resources are used)
• favicon was resized to 36x36
• media queries allow contact information to not crowd the mobile view
• png backups are available for browsers that cannot load the grunticon svg's.
