add home page refresh #44

Thank you for making this software, I have been using it for a long time, I would like to make some suggestions to increase the home page refresh function, currently enter the video, exit the video will refresh the video list, I think the home page scroll down to refresh, point into the video launch is not refreshing more reasonable.

Basically the web pages refreshes when user clicks on the video , this is because to avoid getting the ads in face. Well i will try to remove that after i find a way to completely eliminate the ads.
