This pull request updates the preferences functionality in the Peek application and adds Bing search functionality. The changes include:
Removed dev tools and added the ability to launch Peek at login
Made the Peek window full-screenable
Updated the preferences.json file to include the new launchAtLogin property
Updated the version number to 3.0.1
Added Bing as an enabled chatbot option
Added the Bing webview to the Peek application
