Add french translation #40

Hello!

I have made the French translation of the app.

Also, for future updates, it would be nice to translate with something like Weblate as it is free for open-source projects, auto-push the new translations and support .arb files.

Hi, I don't know how much do you know about weblate but I think weblate allows only 1 Libre project hosting and I already have my other project there.

So do you know any way to create another libre project? Do I have to create another account for that or I can just create another project in the existing one.

So I have done some research, and in the pricing section, it is said that for open-source projects, you get an offer which is equivalent to the Advance plan:

The Advance plan has unlimited translation projects:

So it should be possible to create another translation project.
