Fix section background color #17

Describe the bug The pane that shows the join a tournament card and the create tournament card has black background which does not show up while using brave browser.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Tournaments page using Brave browser..
  2. Scroll to see the error.

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

There you go @Mohit-3007. Just to let you know, the background color rendered correctly while using the Edge browser.
