Fix the Teams List #8

Describe the bug The Teams List displays individual Team Cards one after the other in a tournament (tournament page). In the application, all swipable lists like Created Tournaments, Featured Tournaments, Teams List, etc, are using a Swiper wrapper. The display of individual items in them is as expected, however the items in the Teams List do not.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to "Tournaments" tab
  2. Click on any tournament
  3. Scroll down to Teams
  4. See error
