Duplicate project names #33

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...] There are duplicate project names and it is even taking an emty name. Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you want to happen. I will enhance it such that when the user enters the name it will alert the user that this name already exists and also when the user do not enter the name.
