Google map is not getting loaded. #1

I have downloaded the project from this site and extracted zip file contetents.
Then I,
1) Imported the project content in eclipse.
2) Then I run the project from eclipse to my device using debug mode.
3) my device os is Andoid 4.0.4.
4) The map layout is getting loaded but the map contents are not getting loaded.
5) Initially I am getting the toast "Cannot determine location".

no funciona. no carga los mapas.

Tenéis que bajar del Android SDK los añadidos de Google Play e importarlos al 
proyecto para que funcione, el concreto para los mapas es "Google Play Services 
Lib" si usáis la API2.

Funcionar funciona, basta saber que hay que hacer, no siempre es importar y a 
funcionar ;)

Can i customize the maps on this app? like create a new map ?
