1.  svn co http://doclava.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ doclava (@ r325)
2. mvn install

> What is the expected output? 

All tests pass.

What do you see instead?

Running doclava.ApiCheckTest
Tests run: 49, Failures: 1, Errors: 0, Skipped: 0, Time elapsed: 0.751 sec <<< 
FAILURE!
Running doclava.FloatingPointToStringTest
Tests run: 2, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 0, Time elapsed: 0.024 sec

Results :

Failed tests: 
  testChangedSynchronized(doclava.ApiCheckTest)

[building from source to pull in the code from 
http://code.google.com/p/doclava/source/detail?r=318, as I'm getting a NPE when 
generating docs]

Removed the test as per the Java specification, indicating that synchronized 
does not affect the api.
