K-Means Clustering

Implemented K-means Clustering algorithm with all the details mentioned

Describe the changes you've made

Created and implemented a model which shows the working of the K-Means Clustering algorithm
Demo Images are added to the images folder which is used in the README.md file for explanation.
Added dataset in the Dataset folder and also added the required files.
Also, README is added with a proper and detailed explanation.

Once you run the model you get to know the accuracy of the model and this model can be tested with the help of a defined classifier().

Only change it needs, .ipynb should be in "Model" folder. And rest all perfect. @hrugved06
