Fixed the Layout of Home Page to fit all screen and centered #305

Solves issue #301 I created an Issue earlier regarding how the layout of the IoT Spot website was too stretched and Out of the screen this PR is for that I have fixed the issue and made it much more centered for all the screens here are a few :

DESKTOP: image image

TABLET: image image

MOBILE: image image
