Improved the Services Section UI

This commit will improve the services section UI a lot and make it responsive

Describe the changes you've made

Modified the HTML
Created two divs to separate the header-text and the cards-part of the section
Changed classes of a few images inside cards because their properties were exactly the same, no need for multiple classes
Applied some good practices for responsiveness
Modified the CSS of the Services Section to improve their layout
Made the section responsive by adding media queries

Note: I have not touched any other section, because of that, you can see a big gap between why-us section and services section. Also, I haven't touched the btn that contains a link with the text "Learn more...". It needs some more changes and I need to see what is causing issue in the Virtual Health Checkup Card.
