Use the Navbar and footer used in the home page and add it all other pages #63

Hey Hacktoberfest participants, good to see you.

This issue's goal is to Use the navbar in the home page for every page. Currently all the pages have different navbars. We need the same Navbar across all the pages.

How to get it approved?

Please read CONTRIBUTING.md at least once before contributing code.

Hey @Varad0124 , issues are assigned based on first cum first serve basis. Will be creating new issues, lookout for them
