example bs-example-navbar-collapse-1 should be changed to a namespace relevant to our theme

There's a mistake in resolving this issue and hence the hamburger button is not working.

[x] The Hamburger menu button in small screens is not working

@pratibhamantur and @vaishnavisv nav element has an incorrect class navbar-static-header-top, remove that and instead add bootstrap default navbar-static-top
