@pratibhamantur and @vaishnavisv The footer margin top should further be reduced. new sub-issues element .footer-text-style needs below corrections

[x] 1. add border-top 1px solid #fff
[x] 2. Add padding 15px
[x] 3. Remove the text element "This site is better viewed on a 13-inch screen or larger. Mobile responsiveness in progress."
