CODE RUB: GET Started Using Standard-Team Principles #1

This issue is a starting point for getting current code base refactored for Teams @pratikkaje

  1. Add copyright headers to all files (See programs.cs Core proj) by placing your cursor at the beginning of the first foremost line of the file hit ctrl+. select add header. (this only works if there is a existing header) Remove all comments unless you really feel you need them see the program.cs file it has comments.

  2. Use Team Standard principles https://github.com/hassanhabib/The-Standard-Team by doing this it allows others to assist and code review.

  3. Mark PR's as DRAFT so they do not accidentally get merged.

@pratikkaje Note the first PR that closed this was setup settings and not this Issue related.
