Python Notebook to accept Voice and PDF docs to convert to Transactions

Notebook - audio_n_pdf_to_dataframe_using_LLM.ipynb

[pdf_to_transaction_list] - Function to analyze bank statement and LLM to generate transaction list from it as response
[audio_to_transaction_list ] - Function to analyze voice input and LLM to generate transaction list from it as response
[model_response_to_dataframe ] - Function to interpret response from LLM and convert it to dataframe

Folder - ffmpeg-n6.1-latest-win64-gpl-6.1 - Added to utilize ffmpeg code to convert audio to OpenAI API supported format.
