To move smoothly around and freely

What exact version of the app are you using?
1.3.q
On what Android version?
2.3.3
On what exact phone model?
HTC Wildfire S

Please provide any additional information below.
I also keep getting "out of memory error" thing that pops up
and it crashed when i was doing a project and it took like 
an hour to do and i have to start all over now. Also you should
Add a "save project" and "load project" button.
