Write an algorithm of Instant Lottery Ticket

You have to be able to play: get a ticket / tickets, simulate lottery and store statistics how many tickets you bought, winrate ect.
Output results of your Sractch-off ticket should displayed in web browser.
Create scratch ticket lottery template that you will display in HTML format such as image bellow
