OPC One-Page-Checkout stuck at "Payment Information" step #2

Using Magento 1.9.3.6 with custom theme. During checkout OPC it is stuck at the payment information step. already included the formkey within the <--form><--/form> tag (without --) in /template/mysubscription/checkout/onepage/mysubscription.phtml

But it still won't accept any selected payment information. as soon the module is disabled the checkout works like expected. any clue? maybe some new issue within the pravams - payment module, since the last patch?

any help very much appreciated - thanks

solved - not sure why; think caching issue blocked the formkey mod
