Add derived statistics to pages table to reduce dependency on requests at query time

This refers to work already being carried out on trunk.

I'm enclosing a migration script for the changes to the schema. Before using 
the script it is probably best to dump the data from a database, truncate the 
tables, do the migration and then reimport the dumped data as MySQL can be very 
slow in applying changes to indexes where data is already present.

Thanks for the script. Since the work is already done there's no need to open a 
bug with this script. You could share the script on the mailing list if that 
helps other folks.
