New stats: Number of CSS images #354

It would be really nice to be able to see the trend of usage of CSS images, so 
it is possible to compare it with standard images.

Can you definite "CSS images" and "standard images"? Also, what kind of 
takeaways would you get from this comparison?

Ah sorry.  Think it would be nice to see the usage of css images over time 
(like have people started using more css sprites, do SVG change the usage of 
the css images). Think that showing summarised data for images hides that info. 
However maybe not so high prio, would prefer more to see comparison over time 
for the document size :)

I think the use of sprites & SVG are separate topics. You could enter a bug on 
each of those to track them. I don't know how we'd detect sprites 
programmatically in a reliable and performant way.
