the length of harfile field #67

the name of har file is the original url + .har. The length of url could well 
exceed 255 characters, which would introduce the problem when saving it to the 
table.

I would like set it to 2083 + 4 which is the max allowed by IE. If we extend it 
to other browsers, we might need to tune it correspondingly.
