What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Siphon
2. Dial a number from phonebook
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Call crash
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

i know that the problem with + prefix, and know the issue of it, but:
-in my case there is a little different problem
if i call from gsm i need to dial +7911-xxx-xx-xx
if i call from sip i need to dial 8911-xxx-xx-xx
so simply remove + isn't a solve
perlace + to 8 isn't a solve too, cause it would bee 87911-xxx-xx-xx
Any ideas?
