Completed dialog with Alpine

TODO: Final Refactor changes Figure out init()

Some changes:

Clicking outside the dialog modal to close the dialog modal
Restore focus to the dialog trigger button once the dialog modal is closed
Toggle aria-hidden attribute to dialog modal based on it's open state
Focus on the first focusable element when dialog modal is opened
Remove overflow: hidden; style from html tag when modal is closed
Remove padding-right style from the body when modal is closed
