Upon editting data file, the app does not work as intended, and the user is not informed #11

I editted the id of the crew member assigned to the flights, and relaunched the application.

Upon the relaunch, the crew member assigned to the flight was no longer loaded, and no indication was given to the user that there was an issue with the data file. Therefore, the user might panic.

Furthermore, two entries were saved within the flights data file when i reassigned the crew member to the flight

It is given in the DG, but users are not going to look through the DG. Even then, the warning in the DG is not prominent.
