Add README.md to every landing page folder #39

Every project added to the repo should have it's own README.md file which contains some information about the creator and an image or gif of the web page.

This is will it easier to navigate through the projects and more engaging for other people. This should also become mandatory for the future projects added to the repo.

I can add the README for the projects already in the repo with an image of the landing page and the creator's info. Please assign this to me.

Okay, but the readme already exists... I don't understand why this issue even here! 😅
