Adding scroll to top button #14

Hi @praveenscience ! I want to add a new feature to this website and that is of scrolling to top with smooth scrolling animation by clicking on the button having top arrow icon positioned at right bottom just aside message button. Please assign me this issue so that I can start working on this. Thank you

I will add this scroll to top button on all the 4 pages we have on navigation bar!
