compile crack library as shared library #104

running hello world takes 0.5 second. It should be faster if crack library 
would be compiled as shared library

time crack ./hello.crk 
hello world!

real    0m0.495s
user    0m0.484s
sys 0m0.010s

This will be addressed by bit-code caching which we will complete by the 1.0 
release.
