Please provide any additional information below.

I cannot seem to stop the android system, settings and Dialer from leaking

Do you need anymore information from me or is this problem pretty much
unfixable. Ive been using apndroid in the meantime and only using my data when
necessary but I would love to be able to leave my connection on all the time as
long as the system didnt eat up all of my bandwith.

You are not the first one to complain about this... but I could never reproduce
this behavior.

I'm using both "Traffic Counter" and "Net Sentry" to identify network usage,
but it never leaks.

Did you try running DroidWall with the log DISABLED to check if it changes
anything? When the log is enabled, DroidWall will let DNS requests from any app
to pass thru - otherwise it would be impossible to show the IP addresses on the
log.
